Running:
Mandatory Items:
- Proper running shoes
- Water bottle and bottle for Gatorade equivalent electrolyte drink
Suggested items:
- Layered clothing for temperature changes
- Energy Gels
- Visor or cap
- Medical Insurance Card
- Cash or Credit card for incidentals
- Cell phone
