What do you need to bring?

Running:

Mandatory Items:

  • Proper running shoes
  • Water bottle and bottle for Gatorade equivalent electrolyte drink

Suggested items:

  • Layered clothing for temperature changes
  • Energy Gels
  • Visor or cap
  • Medical Insurance Card
  • Cash or Credit card for incidentals
  • Cell phone
