Sign up as an individual Runner. At any time after registering, you can join an existing team or start a new one.	If you know you want to be a team captain and haven't already registered, you can sign up your team and register as a Runner at the same time.	If you know the name of a team you want to join and haven't already registered, you can sign up as a team member and register as a Triathlete at the same time.
