>1 Group runs are led by trained and experienced volunteers. If you would like to participate in our weekly runs, feel free to come as a guest to check it out. Guests can attend two >1 group runs but must then register for the >1 Run Club in order to attend additional runs. Click here to learn more or to register for the >1 Run Club.

What do you need to bring?
Running:
Mandatory Items:
- Proper running shoes
- Water bottle and bottle for Gatorade equivalent electrolyte drink
Suggested items:
- Layered clothing for temperature changes
- Energy Gels
- Visor or cap
- Medical Insurance Card
- Cash or Credit card for incidentals
- Cell phone
